An introduction to our founder
Vincent founded Woven in 2025 after building a career in headhunting and IT sales.
Over the years, he worked in large corporates, fast-growing IT start-ups, and mid-sized consulting firms. All of those were experiences that gave him a broad perspective and the skills to take on this next big endeavour. He had always acted like an entrepreneur within the companies he worked for - creating new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships, so starting his own firm felt like a natural next step.
Away from work, Vincent enjoys weekends and holidays with his family, exploring great food spots, or going out for new sporting adventures . Many of those adventures are cycling sportives - big rides that challenge both body and mind- and before each year ends, he’s usually already planning the next one. If you ever want to do a Bike & Meet, Vincent is definitely in for the idea.
In the first half of 2025, Vincent took a six-month sabbatical with his wife and baby daughter. It was the perfect moment to step back, reflect, and start building the foundations of Woven, a company shaped by his experience, values, and vision for the future.
Positivity and a drive for excellence run through everything Vincent does - values he now brings to his clients through Woven. His vision for the future is clear: to lead the executive search firm his clients trust most, and to create a community of IT & Digital leaders who connect, share, and grow together through the Woven Community.
